If you're looking for funny things to watch on Amazon Prime, look no further than Jury Duty. It's technically on Freevee, Amazon's free-ad-supported channel, so even if you don't have Amazon Prime you can still watch it for free. This might be the best funny TV show on Amazon Prime I've seen, certainly in 2023. The premise is so unique and insane, it seems like it must be faked or manipulated in some way. A juror agrees to participate in a documentary about jury duty, but unbeknowst to him all his fellow jurors are actors. Requiring a Stanley Kubrick / Andy Kaufman / NASA moon landing level of coordination behind the scenes, this is basically like if your life was a sitcom and you didn't know it. Featuring James Marsden as himself (it makes sense when you watch) - this is a real gem and I'm excited to highlight it for you. I burned through the entire season in 3 days.
