While serving as a Fire Control Officer in Vietnam, Gordon Bocher's plane was shot down, and he was one of three survivors. He was stranded overnight in the most dangerous valley in Vietnam for American servicemen, and had to survive until he could be rescued. He tells the story in this episode.
