Rosa welcomes her black-sheep-of-the-family Uncle Julio to New Orleans from Havana. But unbeknownst to Rosa, Julio is one of the CIA's Top 10 Most Wanted, a murderous political operative. The CIA recruits Rosa to spy on Julio for them, while he tries to use Rosa as part of a plot to assassinate a US Senator.
