Rosa is a young Cuban-American woman living in New Orleans, whose Uncle Julio comes from Havana. Unbeknownst to Rosa, Julio is wanted by the CIA. The CIA recruits Rosa to spy on Julio for them, as he tries to use Rosa as part of a plot to assassinate a US Senator.
