Based on a true story. Ben Casper's inventions are so ambitious that he's bankrupted his family, and nearly driven his patient, understanding wife to make a run for it. Ben has disastrously failed at a series of would-be inventions forever... UNTIL he finally hits on a brilliant invention.
But Ben has to get his invention to a trade show in Nevada (despite having no money, no prototype, and no people who want to help him).
Ben somehow convinces his risk-averse employee to come with him on a journey that could ruin their lives, so they can reach the trade show in Nevada that could change their lives.
